Organized as a pay-it-forward venture, Will’s Kids is dedicated to developing human potential and making a positive difference in the lives of kids. We are proud to offer the following programs and campaigns:
WILLPOWER – Paving the way for potential scholarship tracks, Willpower is a need-based program providing activity and education scholarships for low-income youth ages 4-18, including ongoing private lessons, little league and youth activities, school activities, technology acquisition, academic tutoring, vocational training, etc.
WILL2WIN - Children who have not been able to participate in youth development leagues during their elementary years are hard pressed to compete when they reach middle school. It is during these vulnerable years when teens and pre-teens turn to the streets in an effort to fit in. Will2Win is an afterschool program for middle school students with a focus on targeted skills training in the arts and sports. Providing the tools necessary for success, students in this program are better prepared to compete in high school arenas and college scholarship marketplaces.
ICANCLUB - The path to successful adulthood must be paved by concerted efforts of schools and multiple social institutions working together addressing issues such as personal powerlessness and being accountable for strong achievement ethics. ICanClub fills the social void with distinctly divergent activities, skill/talent development in lieu of daycare, and the experience of winning. Intended for children ages 5-12, this programs lights the fires within and helps children discover their inner champions.
YEA - (Young Entrepreneurs of America) - Education has changed over the past century. Education today is a process of dual motives: developing an individual’s potential, and the development of the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to function in and continue the social structure. Young Entrepreneurs of America will deliver income-earning knowledge and expertise to low-income and at-risk high school seniors not likely to pursue higher education and to youth interested in pursuing entrepreneurism as a college degree or career choice.
88° - Today’s young adults are competing in a world job market driven by a knowledge-based economy. Higher education is no longer an option for our youth. 88°is a celebration of education, providing college scholarships to graduating high school seniors in need of financial assistance.
TOOT YOUR HORN - Nothing moves the soul like music! And few things are as directly tied to math and reading achievement as music education. Toot Your Horn is an ongoing campaign placing used musical instruments into the hands of aspiring young musicians.
